Operating since 2001, LinC Whitehorse is a large group of volunteers from various Christian denominations, joining together to help people within the City of Whitehorse who have short terms needs. Major suburbs covered include: Mitcham, Blackburn, Nunawading, Vermont, Box Hill and Forest Hill. |

How does LinC Whitehorse operate?
Individuals or agencies on behalf of a peson or family in need, contact our referral centre where the staff assess whether LinC can provide assistance
A suitable volunteer is allocated to assist.

What services do our volunteers provide?
Visitation/friendship; home help; transport to medical appointments; minor home repairs; garden clean up; shopping assistance; child care; tutoring; emergency food. |
The Referral Centre is open on Monday and Thursday mornings.
